Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, food, good music, and creating incredible experiences, grounded in deep care, respect, and kindness for every person who walks into our cafe. If you do not hold prior coffee, food, or customer-facing experience, we still encourage you to apply and invite you to grow as a team member through coffee with us!
Responsibilities
- Make and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a hygienic and tidy work space — these tasks include cleaning, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, organizing, trash, stocking, replenishing, etc.
- Uphold and follow health and safety guidelines
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests, your teammates, and our vendors/suppliers
- Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date with Coffee MCO's current beverage and food offerings, and being able to assist customers with all inquiries
Must Have
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to listen and communicate effectively
- A can-do attitude and courage to always challenge the status quo and find new ways to grow our company, your teammates, and our customers
- A flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The aptitude to interact with our customers and anticipate their needs
