Job Title: Part-Time Baristas
Job Description: We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, food, good music, and creating incredible experiences, grounded in deep care, respect, and kindness for every person who walks into our cafe. If you do not hold prior coffee, food, or customer-facing experience, we still encourage you to apply and invite you to grow as a team member through coffee with us!
Responsibilities:
- Make and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a hygienic and tidy work space — these tasks may vary, but can include cleaning, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, organizing, taking out the trash, stocking, replenishing, etc.
- Uphold and follow health and safety guidelines
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests, your teammates, and our vendors/suppliers
- Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date with Coffee MCO's current beverage and food offerings, and being able to assist customers with all inquiries
