Chef Yoon will be bringing his unique style of Korean-inspired California cuisine, with a rotating seasonal menu that highlights his passion for local, fresh produce and natural wines. He has previously worked at Woodberry Kitchen, a James Beard farm-to-table restaurant in Baltimore. He then continued to hone his craft while simultaneously pursuing medical school and residency. After moving to LA last year, he has worked with Hanchic and Chimmelier in Koreatown before operating his own pop-up, Oksusu.Chef Yoon is bringing the best of both worlds through his culture and profession. We’re so excited to have him and we hope everyone is ready to try his creations!
